Such acceptance is deemed to be implied, upon prior communication, by any means, to the Customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the general conditions of sale.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER PROCESSING
The e-commerce system adopted on the nakonestore.com website is designed to guarantee maximum transparency to the Customer, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of products in stock and related delivery times. However, it is necessary to consider the fact that multiple users can place orders for the same item/s at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products in our warehouse. In this case, we will take care to notify the customer via e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, who will then be able to freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In the event of cancellation, you will be immediately refunded the amount paid.
ORDERS
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in the form of Internet (on line). The customer who sends the order directly from the site, will receive, at the end of the procedure, an electronic mail (E-mail) communication confirming the order, with the indication of the relative order number. It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been shipped, by written communication to be sent by email to the address nakonedistribuzone@gmail.com In the event that the customer no longer wants a certain product already processed, he is entitled to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
SELLING PRICES
All sales prices displayed on the nakonestore.com website are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of VAT as indicated in the respective product sheets; however, in rare exceptional cases they may be subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except for promotions or otherwise, are the responsibility of the Customer, clearly displayed before completing the order. In the event of a discrepancy in prices, following the customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the customer via email who may withdraw from the purchase commitment undertaken without any penalty.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS (RMA request)
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to immediately verify their condition and conformity.
Complaints regarding the conformity of the products, also in relation to their quantity and/or external appearance, must be formulated in writing using the specific online RMA form which can be consulted after logging in with your credentials, directly online in our store.
The goods must be returned in the conditions in which they were sent, free of defects and complete with the original packaging and all accessories contained in the purchase package. In the case of coffee machines, returns are only possible for models that are still intact and not used by the customer.
The Return must be sent to our warehouse accompanied by the purchase invoice and the relative RMA number previously approved by the Cialdemania.it staff. The goods without this number will not be accepted.
WARRANTIES
All products marketed by the company nakonestore.com are covered by the Warranty granted by the Manufacturer, in the terms and conditions established by the latter and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
The 24-month guarantee pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided for in the attached technical documentation.
This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form).
In the event of a lack of conformity, nakonestore.com will provide, at no cost to the Customer (with the exception of transport costs which remain the responsibility of the customer), the restoration of the conformity of the product through repair/replacement.
If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Center, the anomaly does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and repair requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as any transport costs incurred.
NB Under no circumstances will coffee machines be accepted for assistance without the relevant paper invoice, sent together with the appliance at the time of purchase, a document without which it will be impossible to benefit from the guarantee.
Replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working upon delivery) will only occur if expressly provided for by the manufacturer.
The time required for replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the manufacturer's policies.
In the event that, for any reason, nakonestore.com is unable to provide its customer with a product under warranty (repaired or replaced), nakonestore.com may proceed, at its own discretion, to refund the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
No blame can be attributed to nakonestore.com for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer (at his expense) in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form) has the right
to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send any communication or the completed form to nakonedistribuzione@gmailcom within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Please note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal methods
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions (Article 67 of the Consumer Code):
If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them or make them available to the professional or the person designated by the latter, according to the methods and times set out in the contract. The term for returning the goods cannot, in any case, be less than ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods. For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the forwarder.
The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal; the Seller therefore reserves the right to check and evaluate in the specific case the possibility of withdrawal and/or the actual decrease in the value of the product in consideration of the particularity of the goods sold.

The following are not refundable in any way:
- food products whose packaging is even partially opened.
- coffee machines already used or started or, in the case of steel coffee machines, without the appropriate protective film as the absence of the same affects the saleability of the goods;
- cans of coffee already opened and partially consumed.
