Le Sabbie dell'Etna Bianco is a wine that is fully part of Firriato's history. A pioneering label in the oenology of the Volcano, it embodies the qualities of Carricante and Catarratto, the two symbolic varieties of Etna viticulture. A terroir completely different from the rest of Sicily, with its cold winters and less intense sunlight. The grapes enjoy a slower maturation and the berries are enriched with their perfumed scents in a more linear way. Freshness and fragrance characterize this wine, together with the persistent savoury line. Le Sabbie dell'Etna Bianco enchants with the olfactory and gustatory suggestions that it brings as a dowry.
