Tonnara" Grillo Sicilia DOC 2023

Tenuta delle Terre Nere's Etna Bianco<7strong> comes from 70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico and 5% Minnella grapes grown on the northern slope of Etna, between the municipalities of Randazzo and Castiglione di Sicilia, in the province of Catania. The original vineyards – aged between 5 and 15 years – therefore insist on volcanic soil, at an altitude of between 600 and 900 meters above sea level. The vinification took place in white, that is, without contact with the skins, with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 13-15°C. The refinement took place for a few months, again in stainless steel.
